Cheryl Kincaid Buyer Agent
A lifelong resident of the Washington, D.C. area, Cheryl knows the D.C. metro area like the back of her hand. Whether it’s neighborhoods, schools, amenities, or where to find the best pizza, she’s got the answers.
When growing up, she was a loyal fan of Bob Vila and became enamored with do-it-yourself projects and home renovation. This is what sparked her interest in real estate. Cheryl has a gift for envisioning the full potential of a home – no matter the condition – which she shares with her buyers. This talent is also invaluable when she’s listing homes for sale. Her vision and keen eye for design allow her to stage properties so that they show their best, sell faster, and for a higher price.
Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Cheryl managed a human resources office where she acquired many skills that she brings to her real estate work. She is organized and tenacious, overseeing transactions with keen attention to detail. She is also a creative problem-solver. Most of all, she is dedicated to providing her clients with the highest level of professional service to ensure that their buying or selling experience is as enjoyable and successful as possible. Cheryl is excited to be affiliated with Long & Foster’s award-winning Bethesda Gateway Office, with annual sales exceeding $1 billion.
Cheryl has many interests outside of real estate. She enjoys DIY projects, fashion and interior design. High-energy and daring, she also loves travel, archeology and adrenaline-pumping adventure.
