Silver Spring, MD, just north of Washington, D.C., and south of Baltimore, includes much of southern and eastern Montgomery County. Its location and amenities make it the fastest-growing and most important commercial center in the D.C. metro area, and a desirable place to live and work. With Silver Spring's superior mass transit system, there is easy access to all major airports, Annapolis, D.C., Baltimore, northern Virginia, and other areas north and south.

The Silver Spring Community

With a population of more than 200,000, Silver Spring is one of the most affluent cities in Montgomery County. Downtown Silver Spring is a city of tremendous on-going growth which highly values its historic preservation. In its current revitalization, Silver Spring is attracting new retailers, restaurants, entertainment and the arts, offices, and is a major shopping mecca. Silver Spring offers abundant housing opportunities in established neighborhoods, new developments and in the countryside. 

Things To Do in Silver Spring, MD

Because of its location, this area is one of the top residential and business centers in the metropolitan area of Washington, D.C. With more than 150 restaurants in the business district, a 22-acre project of top-notch shopping, hotels and parking facilities, this downtown area will boast some of the best entertaining venues!

I've really enjoyed living in Silver Spring.

There's plenty of entertainment and restaurants right around the corner.
